Awareness is the first step. Action is what creates change. Here’s how you can be part of the Unite4India mission.
Share and Amplify
The simplest and most powerful thing you can do is share our articles on social media. Every share extends the reach of important stories that mainstream media often overlooks. When you share a Unite4India article, you’re not just sharing content — you’re helping build an informed community that cares about India’s social challenges.
- Share articles on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Tag @unite4india when you share so we can engage with your audience
- Add your perspective — tell your network why the story matters to you
- Use our issue-specific hashtags: #Unite4Education, #Unite4Health, #Unite4Justice

Volunteer with Featured Organizations
Our Solutions section profiles organizations that are doing impactful work across India. Many of them actively seek volunteers — from weekend teaching programs to environmental cleanups, data collection drives to awareness campaigns.
When you read a solution spotlight on Unite4India, look for volunteer and engagement opportunities mentioned in the article. We include contact information and links wherever possible so you can connect directly with organizations whose work resonates with you.
- Teach and mentor — Organizations like Teach For India and Pratham welcome volunteers for classroom support
- Skill-based volunteering — Contribute your professional skills (design, tech, writing, legal) to NGOs that need them
- Local community action — Join clean-up drives, tree plantations, health camps, and awareness events in your city
- Remote volunteering — Many organizations offer remote volunteering opportunities — research, translation, content creation, and more
Contribute Content
Coming in Phase 3: We are building a contributor program that will allow journalists, researchers, students, and subject matter experts to submit articles, op-eds, and ground reports for publication on Unite4India.
If you are a writer, researcher, or domain expert interested in contributing, reach out to us now to register your interest. We will notify early registrants when the contributor program launches.
We are particularly interested in:
- Ground reports from underreported regions
- Data analysis and visualizations on social indicators
- First-person narratives from people working on social issues
- Research summaries that make academic findings accessible
- Solution spotlights on local initiatives that deserve wider attention
