A 2015 study conducted by the World Health Organization shows that 1 in every 5 Indians may suffer from depression during their lifetime which equals to 200 million people. The World Health Organization estimates that India will suffer economic losses amounting to a staggering 1.03 trillion dollars from mental health conditions between 2012 and 2030.
